Soon after my husband died, I felt in my grief the Lord prompting me to seek Christian counseling. God lead me to Above & Beyond. Through the weeks I followed all of Phyllis’ instructions; fasting, praying, and burning my journal the day of my deliverance session.
During deliverance I yawned a lot. Not impressed until Phyllis finished. Then I felt strange inside and asked her not to stop praying. As she and her assistant continued, I stretched out my legs, arching my back. I felt this tremendous release then another build up. I cried as my body responded involuntarily. When it finally stopped I felt relief but not totally delivered.
As I prayerfully eliminated objects from my home that might have strongholds I remembered Phyllis saying she’d received a message about an object referring to “mother.” So I picked up my “mother angel” with both hands. As I prayed over it an electric charge filled the room. I began praying about what this was but my mind became so confused and the voltage so fierce, I grabbed my purse and keys, ran out the door, got into my car and prayed all the way to Walmart.
When my mind cleared I drove back home, sensed the Holy Spirit’s presence, prayed for courage and strength, and walked to the door. I felt the harsh energy in the air before I touched the doorknob. The entire house was engulfed with the most intense demonic electrifying power I have ever encountered. I grabbed the “mother angel” and a hammer, walked outside, pounded the object with the hammer onto the driveway, swept up the pieces, put it into a trash bag and carried it to the dumpster.
I called my ministry friends. Upon their arrival the pastor and I went into the house. We could still feel a weak demonic force. I read the prayers for the “home blessing” while he prayed and anointed every wall, closet and outdoor structure with oil. I prayed over my cat & he was anointed. I walked around my home repeating the prayer. The pastor, his wife, and I took communion.
The presence seemed to dissipate but was not completely gone. Each time I prayed the morning & evening prayers the electricity returned. I emailed Phyllis and we met. She lent me the book, “Protecting Your Home from Spiritual Darkness” by Chuck D. Pierce & Rebecca Wagner Sytsema to read on my flight the next day to visit my daughter.
I read the book during my flight. Upon dissension I immediately felt strange again but sensed the Holy Spirit to continue reading. My legs stretched out, my back arched, and I began to yawn as I read. When the plane door opened I read the last sentence. I experienced complete deliverance before walking from the plane.
I continue the morning & evening prayers daily with demonic opposition at first. But now my home is clean & free. Praise God! Jesus is Lord!
