We use a free web-conferencing application called GoToMeeting. It works on laptops, desktops, smart phones and tablets. It can be used online or there are apps for the iPhone and Android.
You will need a webcam (or camera and microphone) and high speed connection. A headset/earbuds is highly recommended.
We do not do phone counseling because the “face to face” contact is very important for our type of ministry. We do not use Skype, Facetime or Zoom.

Services offered are generally not covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We do not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service (in-office) or collected in advance for online sessions.

For our remote clients, we utilize Square invoices which allows payments via credit/debit cards over a secure connection.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I know you can help me?”]
One of the purposes of the first session is for our counselors to determine if we can help you. If we are not a good fit, we are happy to say so because we don’t want you expending time and resources on a potentially poor outcome. If we feel comfortable that we can help, we will propose a next step / ministry plan for your agreement.
